CONDITIONS AND PAYMENT

Deposit Within 5 days of the date of reservation a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the stay is credited to our current account. The reservation is definitely confirmed on receipt of these amounts. The payment for the stay is to be made on check-in in cash or with Bank Transfer. From the time of the acceptance of the reservation, in case of its cancellation by the guest,  the following cancellation penalties will be applied:

  • until 30 days before the stay, free cancellation, return of 100% of the deposit paid.
  • from 29 days before the stay up to 3 days before scheduled arrival, penalty of 100% of the deposit paid.
  • In case of failure to appear, a penalty of 100% of the cost of stay will be applied.

In the case of late arrival or early departure, the booked period of stay will be debited.

RULES FOR A STAY AT B&B PANORAMA CINQUE

  • Guests may check in from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m.; please notify us the presumed time of arrival and any last minute changes. We may arrange different schedules.
  • On the day of the departure, the room must be vacated by 10:30 a.m.
  • Breakfast is from 8:30 to 10:00 a.m.
  • In the case of longer stays the linens, bath towel and hand towels, will be changed every three days, except for special requirements.
  • It is explicitly prohibited to smoke in the rooms and in the common areas of the B&B
  • It is prohibited to have pets in the B&B except with written authorization by the manager at the time of the reservation
  • By arrangement 2 bicycles are available for tours in the city of Salò and surrounding areas
  • Objects of value or large sums of money must be deposited with the proprietors. We are not responsible for any thefts of objects not deposited.
  • It is prohibited to use electric ovens, boilers or other items for cooking food in the rooms.
  • We welcome disabled guests, but are sorry that our house is not fully equipped to meet all such requirements
  • These regulations are understood as fully accepted on reservation
